1. Delivery Policy
1.1 Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
1.2 Shipping Options & Fees
We offer the following delivery methods:
- UK Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days
- UK Express Delivery: 1–2 business days
- International Shipping: Times vary by destination
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.
1.3 Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where applicable).
1.4 Delivery Issues
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. Clariqua Ltd is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by couriers
- Orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses
- Delivery disruptions due to customs, weather, strikes, or factors beyond our control

2. Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, our returns policy is as follows:
2.1 Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns of products within 30 days of delivery if they are:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In original, sealed packaging
- In resaleable condition
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used supplements, unless the product is faulty.
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns of:
- Opened or used supplement bottles
- Products damaged due to customer handling
- Items returned after 30 days
- Final sale or promotional items (unless defective)
2.3 Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked postal service for returns.
2.4 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping fees (where applicable) are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different product, please return the unopened item for a refund and place a new order.
4. Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item:
- Email info@clariqua.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos and your order number
- We will replace the item or provide a refund at no additional cost
5. Lost or Missing Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived:
- Check the tracking link provided in your dispatch email
- Contact your courier directly (if applicable)
- If still unresolved, email us at info@clariqua.com and we will investigate
6. Subscription Orders
For recurring subscription orders:
- Returns follow the same rules as one-time purchases
- Subscription renewals already processed cannot be refunded
- Cancellations apply to future cycles only
